Alpha

The Alpha Course is a 10-week course that gives those investigating Christianity, new Christians, or Christians who want to brush up on the basics, the opportunity to learn about the Christian faith in a comfortable environment. The meetings include a shared meal, a video presentation, and a lively discussion. Alpha is a place where folks from every background in and outside the church can come to a deeper understanding of the Christian faith.

Opportunities to serve in this ministry include:

• Bringing dinner for the participants
• Set-up/clean-up for the meetings
• Planning a weekend retreat/logistics of weekly meetings
• Leading a small group for the discussion after the video
